Ingredients

1 capsule contains 300 mg of the THISTLE + REISHI mix [milk thistle (Silybum marianum) dried powder and extract 200 mg, powdered reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) 75 mg, dried fruits of elderberry (Sambucus nigra) 25 mg] containing 33 ± 2 mg of silymarin and 16.60 mg ß-glucans ± 0,6%.

Capsule shell: gelatin.

Use

Milk thistle

Recommended dosage

1 capsule twice a day before meal.

The capsules are swallowed whole with water, or they are split open and the contents are poured into food or water.
