As a source of antioxidants, along with turmeric, it represents a natural defense against free radicals, which are also created by the action of the blue part of visible light. Zinc from pumpkin seeds contributes to maintaining normal vision.

Recommended dosage

1 capsule twice a day before meals.

Swallow the whole capsule with a drink of water, or open it and sprinkle its content over a meal or into water.
