1 capsule contains 370 mg of the DIAREGUL mixture [powder from the dried lyophilised mushroom of Shaggy mane (Coprinus comatus) 170 mg, gymnema sylvestre extract (Gymnema sylvestre) 150 mg, dried ginger powder (Zingiber officinale) 29 mg, dried cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) 20 mg, chromium picolinate].

Recommended dosage

1 capsule twice a day before meal.
